Our Vision:
To guide U.S. colleges and universities in strategies that improve the graduation rates of their students, especially in engineering, technology, science, and math.
We think of the processes for student success as both engineering and education processes.
We provide assessment, consulting, and training services that:
- Increase student retention in the STEM disciplines
- Help a college simplify its processes for higher retention, fewer bottlenecks, and more efficient use of student support services
- Provide assessment results for clients' research in STEM rentention

How We Do It: Our Beliefs
We believe that a good assessment establishes the framework of a successful strategic plan for student retention. Some colleges have the same retention rate year after year because they have not conducted an adequate assessment of their entering freshmen. We will conduct an assessment for you or provide guidance to your staff, using the Veenstra model to guide the assessment.
We believe that each college has different process improvement issues related to student success; one approach does not increase student retention for all colleges.
We believe using process improvement methodology can significantly improve student retention and the effectiveness of services for faculty and students, leading to a higher level of satisfaction and significantly higher graduation rates.
